Tony Heller has been asserting that<a href=\"https:\/\/greatwhitecon.info\/2023\/07\/tony-hellers-faithful-flock-of-sheep\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> \u201csummer is over at the North Pole<\/a>\u201d for several weeks now, and the 2023 Arctic sea ice minimum extent will occur at some point over the next four or five weeks.
