next, at the end of November <a href=\"https:\/\/psc.apl.uw.edu\/research\/projects\/arctic-sea-ice-volume-anomaly\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PIOMAS volume<\/a> was 9.20
