Knowledge gathering &amp; sharing, civil protection, cooperation, and emergency preparedness are all part of both local &amp; EU answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Research on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/arctic?__eep__=6&amp;__cft__%5b0%5d=AZV_mqvQuiKTDMeZGgyau27K3qZfThBuq3VtnZOP6GE6f64nRXi98a8KtFzClrXY9JicYH8T-9BNWE_jGHPpnNumyArbKeniopWeJ7g1d-AUSt5t8ipMDdxJzgLZIaO1o642WKQN8DJJREh9p_SyC5TIhc8ddVDj1xuSLjrH56PUpKr-YopEKYI4vTwwZwSekCSyEullbEqvL3-3qV_VKhpM&amp;__tn__=*NK-R\">Arctic<\/a> is essential to understand and cope with the changes the region undergoes \u2013 and subsequently the effects it can have globally.
